We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to drive property sales and achieve business targets. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer requirements, conducting property visits, following up with prospects, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads through calls, referrals, digital platforms, and other channels.

• Understand clients’ property requirements, budgets, and preferences.

• Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits to prospective customers.

• Arrange and conduct property/site visits for interested clients.

• Follow up regularly with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Negotiate with customers and assist in closing property transactions.

• Coordinate with internal teams, developers, channel partners, and other stakeholders.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales activities.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Stay updated on market trends, property inventory, pricing, and competitor offerings.

• Ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the sales process.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

• 1–5 years of experience in real estate, property sales, BFSI, automotive, or another target-driven sales role.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-focused and confident in handling sales discussions.

• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

• Good knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.

• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.

Compensation

Salary: ₹[20000 to 30000] per month + attractive sales incentives.
