Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Handle client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
Build and maintain relationships with developers, channel partners, and HNI clients.
Track sales performance and ensure timely follow-ups.
Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for lead management and conversions.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2–6 years of experience in real estate sales (team handling experience preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Good market knowledge of local real estate trends and developer projects.
