Role Responsibilities

• Identify and source residential properties suitable for corporate stays.

• Build relationships with property owners, brokers, developers and channel partners.

• Understand accommodation requirements and source suitable properties.

• Conduct property visits, inspections and feasibility checks.

• Evaluate properties based on location, pricing, configuration, quality and amenities.

• Negotiate rental and commercial terms with owners and partners.

• Coordinate property documentation and onboarding.

• Maintain property supply pipeline and inventory records.

• Coordinate with Sales, Business Development and Operations teams.

• Track rental prices, market trends and available properties.

• Explore new areas and develop local property networks.

• Improve property availability, pricing, turnaround time and quality.

• Ensure shortlisted properties meet the required standards.
