Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. Freshers are also welcome, as training will be provided. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, site visits, and closing property deals for premium residential plots.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads and customer enquiries

• Make outbound and follow-up calls to prospective clients

• Explain project details, pricing, and documentation to customers

• Arrange and coordinate site visits

• Maintain daily sales and follow-up reports

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Achieve monthly sales targets

• Coordinate with site engineers and management for smooth closures

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to learn real estate sales

• Basic knowledge of sales process (training will be provided)

• Ability to convince and negotiate with clients

• Comfortable with calling and client meetings

• Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Excel preferred)

Eligibility

• Minimum qualification: 12th / Graduate (preferred)

• Freshers are welcome

• Experience in sales or real estate will be an advantage
