We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to generate leads, manage client relationships, and close property sales. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, market knowledge, and a passion for real estate sales.
Generate leads through site visits, referrals, cold calling, digital platforms, and walk-in clients
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and close sales deals
Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction
Coordinate with legal, CRM, and operations teams for documentation and bookings
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM systems
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
1–5 years of experience in real estate sales or direct sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Willingness to work on weekends and flexible hour
