Real Estate Sales

A Sales Executive drives business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and closing deals. They act as the link between the company and its customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research

• Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers

• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction

• Achieve sales targets and outcomes within deadlines

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals

• Negotiate contracts and close agreements

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, support, logistics)
