We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Relationship Manager to manage client accounts, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth execution of real estate marketing campaigns. The role focuses on client satisfaction, campaign performance, and revenue growth.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned real estate clients (Developers, Channel Partners).
Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term association.
Coordinate with the internal performance marketing, creatives, and operations teams for campaign execution.
Handle onboarding of new clients and explain campaign strategy, deliverables, and timelines.
Monitor campaign performance, leads quality, and delivery as per agreed targets.
Ensure timely renewals, upselling, and cross-selling of services.
Prepare and share regular performance reports with clients.
Resolve client queries, concerns, and escalations in a professional manner.
Ensure collections and follow-ups for pending payments in coordination with accounts.
Achieve monthly/quarterly targets as assigned by management.
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in client servicing, relationship management, or real estate sales.
Good understanding of digital marketing and lead-based campaigns (preferred).
Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (regional language is a plus).
Excellent negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficient in MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting.
