We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and target-oriented candidates to join our Real Estate Sales Team. The selected candidates will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential buyers and investors, understanding their property requirements, arranging site visits, and converting prospects into successful sales.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, digital platforms, and other sales activities.

• Contact prospective customers to understand their property requirements, budget, and investment preferences.

• Explain property features, project details, pricing, payment plans, and available inventory.

• Schedule and conduct property site visits with interested customers.

• Follow up consistently with prospective clients to convert leads into bookings.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process.

• Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property deals.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and site visits.

• Coordinate with the marketing and internal sales teams to improve lead conversion.

• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activities, property prices, and customer preferences.

• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the reporting manager.

• Ensure professional customer service and a smooth property-buying experience.

Eligibility & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline preferred.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Experience in real estate, sales, marketing, business development, banking, insurance, or other target-based roles is an advantage.

• Candidates with a strong interest in sales and customer interaction are encouraged to apply.
