Job Summary
BuyBuzz Infra LLP is seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader – Real Estate Sales to lead a team of Business Development Executives/Sales Executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, mentoring team members, ensuring timely lead follow-ups, and achieving monthly revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Business Development Executives/Sales Executives.
- Allocate and monitor leads to maximize conversions.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with prospective clients and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Monitor daily team performance, attendance, and productivity.
Eligibility Criteria
- 2–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, with at least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage and achieve sales targets.
- Experience in handling inbound and outbound sales teams is preferred.
