Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Real Estate Sales Executive who will work on the field to generate leads, meet clients, and support property sales activities. This role is ideal for freshers who want hands-on exposure in real estate sales and client handling.

Key Responsibilities

Field & Lead Generation

• Conduct field visits to identify and generate new leads (walk-ins, referrals, site visits).

• Visit commercial areas, residential projects, developers’ sites, and local markets to build leads.

• Coordinate with developers, brokers, and channel partners for lead sourcing.

Client Interaction

• Explain property details, pricing, and USPs to prospective clients.

• Arrange and assist with site visits.

• Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.

Sales Support

• Maintain daily activity and lead updates in CRM / Daily Report format.

• Assist seniors in negotiations, documentation, and closing support.

• Ensure proper handover of qualified leads to the sales manager.

Reporting & Discipline

• Submit daily field visit and lead generation reports.

• Maintain professionalism and brand representation during field work.

Desired Skills & Traits

• Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, English basic).

• Willingness to work on the field extensively.

• Presentable, confident, and eager to learn.

• Basic smartphone usage (WhatsApp, Google Maps, calling).

• Sales mindset and hunger to perform.

Qualification

• Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate preferred

• Freshers are welcome
