We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Real Estate Sales Executive who will work on the field to generate leads, meet clients, and support property sales activities. This role is ideal for freshers who want hands-on exposure in real estate sales and client handling.
Conduct field visits to identify and generate new leads (walk-ins, referrals, site visits).
Visit commercial areas, residential projects, developers’ sites, and local markets to build leads.
Coordinate with developers, brokers, and channel partners for lead sourcing.
Explain property details, pricing, and USPs to prospective clients.
Arrange and assist with site visits.
Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
Maintain daily activity and lead updates in CRM / Daily Report format.
Assist seniors in negotiations, documentation, and closing support.
Ensure proper handover of qualified leads to the sales manager.
Submit daily field visit and lead generation reports.
Maintain professionalism and brand representation during field work.
Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, English basic).
Willingness to work on the field extensively.
Presentable, confident, and eager to learn.
Basic smartphone usage (WhatsApp, Google Maps, calling).
Sales mindset and hunger to perform.
Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
