Real Estate Sales Executive

Salary: ₹18,000–₹25,000 per month (Based on experience) + Incentives
Role
We are looking for a customer-focused Real Estate Sales Executive to handle incoming customers, build relationships with prospective buyers, understand their requirements, and guide them towards suitable residential properties.
Key Responsibilities
Accompany customers during site visits and showcase available properties.
Understand customer needs, budget, and preferences to recommend suitable inventory.
Build trust and maintain relationships with prospective buyers through regular follow-ups.
Address customer queries and assist them throughout the sales process.
Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into bookings.
Requirements
Experience in real estate sales preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused approach with a willingness to achieve sales targets.
Comfortable travelling to project sites across West Delhi.
Full-time availability, including weekends.
