Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through various channels including digital marketing, referrals, cold calling, and site visits.

• Understand client requirements and offer properties that best suit their needs.

• Conduct property tours and presentations for potential clients.

• Maintain and grow strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business.

• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring all legal documents and payment processes are handled properly.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns.

• Keep up-to-date with market trends, property values, and competitors.

• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and report to the Sales Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for site visits.
