About the Role

Realty Rise Group (RRG) is looking for an experienced Real Estate Relationship Manager to join our growing team. If you have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent client handling skills, and a proven ability to convert leads into successful closures, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide expert property consultation.

• Conduct site visits and project presentations.

• Understand clients' investment requirements and recommend suitable residential and commercial projects.

• Negotiate and close sales while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

• Maintain regular follow-ups and convert leads into successful sales.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and post-sales support.

• Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM system.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales (Mandatory).

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Strong relationship management and customer handling abilities.

• Target-oriented with a professional and positive attitude.

• Good knowledge of the real estate market.

• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
