We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients in property selection, and closing real estate deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Do calling on company-provided leads
Generate additional leads through Cold calling , digital leads and Reference
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
Arrange and conduct property site visits
Follow up regularly with clients via call, WhatsApp, and meetings
Negotiate and close sales deals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain proper client database and updates
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong interest in sales and real estate industry
Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented
Ability to handle clients and follow-ups effectively
Basic knowledge of local property market is an advantage
