• Sales & Targets: Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets for residential/commercial products.

• Customer Engagement: Actively approach, greet, and interact with potential customers to spark interest in Blue Star products.

• Product Demonstration: Clearly explain technical features, benefits, and use-cases of Air Conditioners and refrigerators.

• Channel Partner Support: Coordinate with dealers and distributors to ensure adequate stock and smooth sales operations.

• Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback on market trends to management.

• Reporting: Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
