Muse Foundation is looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Field Executive / Community Outreach Member to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Field Operations: Travel daily within assigned local communities and field areas for project implementation.

• Outreach & Awareness: Conduct on-ground awareness campaigns and outreach activities.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with community members, local partners, and beneficiaries.

Work Details

• Shift Timings: Mandatory 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM (8-hour shift). Punctuality is essential.

• In-Hand Salary (Take-Home): ₹8,500 per month

• Total CTC (Cost to Company): ₹13,000 per month

• Benefits: Statutory benefits like PF/ESI (as applicable) will be provided.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate (Freshers are encouraged to apply).

• Experience: Fresher may apply.

• Transport: Must be willing and able to travel extensively in the field area. Having a personal two-wheeler is highly preferred.

• Skills: Strong communication skills (local language proficiency is a must), basic smartphone, and a sincere passion for social and community work.

• Mindset: Ability to work independently, handle early morning shifts, and adapt to challenging field environments.
