Position Overview :-
We are seeking energetic and proactive Field Promoters to work specifically at assigned railway stations across West Bengal. The primary focus of this role is to drive the registration of Ayushman Bharat Health Accounts (ABHA) . This is a specialized field role dedicated to digital health enrollment and community awareness within the railway network.
Key Responsibilities
ABHA Registration & Promotion:
▪️Actively engage with commuters at assigned railway stations to promote the Ayushman Bharat Health Account (ABHA).
▪️Assist individuals in the real-time registration process using mobile applications.
▪️Educate the public on the benefits of having a digital health ID and how it integrates with healthcare services.
Station-Based Engagement
▪️Operate within designated areas of the railway station to reach maximum footfall.
▪️Distribute promotional materials related to ABHA and Davadost Pharma’s health initiatives.
Data Collection & Reporting:
▪️Accurately record registration numbers and maintain daily logs of successful enrollments.
▪️ Submit daily reports to the supervisor regarding the number of interactions and completed registrations.
Brand Awareness:
Act as the face of Davadost Pharma Pvt. Ltd., maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor to build public trust.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Education : High school diploma (10+2) or equivalent.
Language : Fluency in Bengali and Hindi .
Location : Must be willing to work full-time at assigned railway stations in West Bengal.
Required Competencies
Communication Skills: Ability to initiate conversations with strangers and explain technical health benefits in simple terms.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps for data entry and registration.
Resilience : Ability to remain active and engaged in a high-traffic, fast-paced environment (railway stations).
Integrity : Must handle personal data of registrants with high levels of confidentiality and accuracy.
