## Job Opportunity: Retail Sales Executive (Handmade Products)

### Role Overview

As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of our brand. Your primary goal is to engage customers within a busy grocery retail environment, demonstrate the value of our handmade products, and achieve daily sales targets.

### Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Proactively approach shoppers to introduce our handmade product range.

• Sales Generation: Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales targets to maximize your earnings.

• Product Knowledge: Explain the craftsmanship and unique story behind each item.

• Stock Management: Ensure the display looks attractive, organized, and fully stocked.

### Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive structure that rewards high performers:

• Fixed Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month (based on experience).

• Incentives: Earn up to ₹10,000 extra based on your sales performance.

• Total Potential: Up to ₹22,000 per month.

### Training & Location

• Mandatory Training: A comprehensive 2-day training program will be conducted in Dadar to help you master sales techniques and product details.

• Work Location: Assigned premium grocery stores (locations discussed post-training).

### Requirements

• Excellent communication and "people skills."

• A target-oriented mindset with a drive to earn more through incentives.

• Previous experience in retail or promotions is a plus, but freshers are welcome!

• Must be able to commute to Dadar for the initial training.
