Job Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager – CCTV & ELV to drive business growth, develop new clients, manage the sales team and achieve assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business for IP CCTV, ELV, Fire Alarm, Access Control & Networking Solutions.
Develop business with Corporate Clients, EPC Contractors, Builders, Consultants, Government & Institutional Customers.
Identify new projects, leads and business opportunities.
Manage, train and assign work/targets to the sales team.
Conduct client meetings, presentations and commercial negotiations.
Coordinate for BOQ, quotations, proposals and project closures.
Build strong customer relationships and maintain an active sales pipeline.
Develop sales strategies and ensure continuous business growth.
Candidate Profile
Experience: 4–8 years in CCTV / ELV / Electronic Security Sales.
Good knowledge of CCTV, ELV and Security Solutions.
Strong communication, negotiation and team-handling skills.
Existing network with EPC contractors, consultants and corporate clients preferred.
Must be target-oriented with strong business development skills.
