About the Role:

We are looking for a Project Executive who will be responsible for generating and managing sales through builder sites and ongoing construction projects. The candidate should be skilled in conducting site visits, dealing with purchase managers, showcasing hardware fittings, and closing orders.

This is a field-intensive, relationship-driven role best suited for individuals with experience in project sales within the hardware, construction, or building materials industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit ongoing construction sites in Navi Mumbai and Thane region.

• Connect with builders, contractors, and purchase managers.

• Present and promote company products (hinges, handles, locks, door closers) to project decision-makers.

• Share samples, brochures, catalogs, and provide product demonstrations.

• Understand project requirements and suggest the best-suited product solutions.

• Negotiate and finalize orders and follow up until delivery and installation.

• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.

• Regularly report progress, leads, and site visit updates to the sales manager.

• Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years in project sales, preferably in hardware fittings,          electricals, plumbing, or building materials.

  • Education: Graduate or Undergraduate (Education is secondary to field experience and presentation skills).

  • Language & Communication: Should be presentable, able to communicate in basic English and local languages.

  • Must be comfortable with daily field visits and interacting with decision-makers at the site.

  • Should have a two-wheeler (preferred, for ease of travel).
