Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Mulund East / Airoli
Our Training and Skill Development Institute is looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to enhance our growth in the retail, institutional, and Corporate / MSME sectors. This role involves in-house and outdoor sales initiatives to accelerate revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to meet growth / revenue targets.
- Identify and penetrate new geographical markets for business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Conduct presentations, workshops of our training programs to prospective clients / HR heads / business owners.
- Track sales targets and prepare reports on performance and market insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the training / education sector.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics in retail, institutional, and corporate segments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Can speak fluent English, Hindi, Regional languages
