🔹 Role Overview
We are hiring energetic and motivated Product Sales Representatives to drive field sales, generate leads, and support customer acquisition. This role is ideal for freshers or early‑career professionals who want to build a strong foundation in sales.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Conduct field visits to generate leads and acquire new customers.
Promote company products and explain features/benefits to prospects.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
Collect customer requirements and share feedback with the sales team.
Prepare daily sales reports and update CRM/records.
Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and on‑ground events.
Ensure timely follow‑ups and closure of leads.
🔹 Required Skills & Competencies
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in field sales and customer interaction.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Basic understanding of sales processes.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
🔹 Preferred Background
Experience in field sales, direct sales, or product promotion (not mandatory).
Freshers with strong motivation and learning attitude are welcome.
