am to 6:30 pm

About the Role:

Responsible for coordinating and monitoring day-to-day activities, ensuring timely follow-

ups, proper documentation, and closure of assigned activities. This role will support smooth

coordination within the department to ensure timely execution of tasks, accurate reporting,

and effective communication across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

● Coordinate within the department to ensure the smooth flow of day-to-day activities

and processes.

● Track assigned tasks, pending activities, follow-ups and deadlines, and ensure timely

completion.

● Maintain trackers, records and documentation for ongoing activities, approvals and

pending matters.

● Follow up with team members and concerned stakeholders to ensure assigned tasks

are completed within timelines.

● Prepare and maintain regular status updates on completed, pending and delayed

activities.

● Identify delays, pending actions or coordination issues and escalate them to the

concerned person for timely resolution.

● Ensure that instructions, decisions and required information are properly

communicated and followed up until completion.

● Identify recurring process issues and suggest practical improvements to improve

efficiency and coordination.

Eligibility Criteria:

● Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate

effectively with team members.

● Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, email and other office tools.

● Strong coordination, task tracking, follow-up and organizational skills.

● Attention to detail, ability to multitask and manage priorities within defined

timelines.

Qualification & Experience:

● Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Operations or a

related field.

● +1–3 years of relevant experience in process coordination, operations, administration

or a similar role.
