Responsibilities:

• Must generate leads by calling and contacting the prospects/clients.

• Will be responsible for lead generation or site visits from given leads of residential-luxury properties.

• Meeting weekly and Monthly Targets in Site visits.

• Onboarding of clients and servicing of existing ones on the platform.

• Handling Inbound and Outbound calls.

• Following up with Leads provided by various marketing campaigns and associations.

• Maintaining a database of clients in Software, following up with them on a regular basis.

• Responding to SMS & WhatsApp calls.

• Arranging and coordinating the meetings between the client and the sales team.

Candidate requirements:

• 2+ Years of relevant experience is a must in the real estate sector. 

• A handful of Experience in calling and convincing prospects, and converting them into leads.

• Inter-departmental coordination.

• Possessing a sharp eye for detail in the lead follow-up.

• Good knowledge of MS Office.

• Good communication skills.

• A quick learner who is adaptable.

• Ability to build strong customer relationships..
