Job Description – Team Leader Presales
The Pre Sales Team Leader will oversee a team of tele callers and lead generation executives to drive qualified walkins and support the sales team. This role requires a blend of leadership, communication, and strategic planning to ensure high conversion rates and excellent client engagement.
Key responsibilities -
Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate the presales team of 8 to 9 on roll employees to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Lead to walk-in conversion: Develop and execute strategies to generate qualified walk-ins for individual sales projects.
3. Performance Monitoring: Achieving the desired productivity of each presales team member by ensuring they achieve the minimum required number of calls & connects as targeted.
Client Engagement: Ensure timely follow-ups scheduling and nurturing of leads to improve walk-in rates and customer experience.
5. Monitoring content & call quality: Monitoring the information being passed on & the quality of conversation in terms of comprehensive information being provided to the clients in the shortest possible time.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team for a smooth customer experience & marketing teams to align lead generation efforts & quality with business goals.
7. Processes & systems: Ensuring all laid down processes & systems are followed by all team members & suggest improvements to optimise performance.
8. MIS reviews: Be equipped with own assessments, observations & inputs for timely reviews by senior management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
4-5 years of experience in a leadership role in real estate/financial services pre-sales or tele-calling.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and lead management systems
Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive targets
Knowledge of local real estate market trends is a plus
