Partner with the sales team to qualify opportunities and define customer-specific solutions.
Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
Prepare solution architectures, RFP responses, and proposals aligned with customer requirements.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to stay current on product features, roadmap, and integrations.
Provide technical support during deal cycles, ensuring smooth handoff to delivery teams post-closure.
Conduct competitor benchmarking and articulate our solution differentiation.
Train and enable channel partners and system integrators on solution positioning and demos.
Capture customer and market feedback to influence product evolution.
4–5 years’ experience in pre-sales, solution engineering, or technical consulting in access control, IoT, or enterprise software.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology (Electronics, Computer Science, IT, or related).
Strong grasp of hardware-software integration and enterprise security workflows.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
Ability to engage confidently with both technical stakeholders (IT, facility, security heads) and business decision-makers.
Proven ability to craft solutions in alignment with customer needs and business goals.
