Job Summary

We are looking for a high-energy, ambitious, and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for taking qualified leads, showcasing our residential/commercial properties, generating sales, handling client interactions, conducting site visits, and closing property deals while maintaining excellent customer relationships to the final documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information about projects and properties.

Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective buyers.

Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with clients.

Guide clients through the booking process, legal documentation, loan assistance coordination, and final handover procedures.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.

Negotiate pricing and close sales deals effectively.

Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM.

Keep a pulse on market trends, competitor pricing & activities, infrastructure developments, property regulations and upcoming projects to position our properties effectively.

Required Skills

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Proven experience in real estate sales.

Excellent customer relationship management abilities.

Self-motivated, well-groomed, highly resilient, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Good presentation and convincing skills.

Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 2 to 4 years of direct sales experience within the Real Estate sector Residential, Commercial.

Experience handling residential or commercial real estate projects.

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Fluency in Tamil and English preferred.

Salary

: 25k to 50k + incentives
