Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Pre-Sales Executive who will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound leads, qualifying prospects, explaining project details, and scheduling site visits for the sales team. The candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound calls from property inquiries and marketing campaigns

• Understand customer requirements (budget, location, configuration, possession timeline)

• Explain project details, pricing, offers, and benefits to clients

• Qualify leads and maintain follow-ups on CRM

• Schedule and coordinate site visits for the closing team

• Maintain daily call reports and lead status updates

• Build strong customer relationships and maintain database hygiene

• Support digital marketing team with feedback on lead quality

Required Skills

• Good English, Hindi & Marathi communication preferred

• Strong convincing & negotiation ability

• Basic knowledge of real estate industry (preferred)

• Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and CRM usage

• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset

• Ability to handle pressure and daily calling targets

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any stream (MBA Marketing preferred but not mandatory)

• Experience: 1–4 years in Pre-Sales / Telecalling / Real Estate / BPO Sales

• Freshers with excellent communication & sales aptitude can apply
