About the Role

Isaac Luxe is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to handle customer enquiries, generate and qualify leads, explain our services, and schedule consultations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills, along with the ability to build positive relationships with potential customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

• Make outbound calls to follow up with potential customers and generate leads.

• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about the company's services.

• Schedule appointments and consultations for interested customers.

• Maintain customer information, enquiry records, and follow-up details in the CRM system.

• Coordinate with the sales team to convert qualified leads into customers.

• Follow up with prospective customers to maintain engagement and improve conversion rates.

• Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls, lead generation, and appointment bookings.

• Provide a professional and positive customer experience.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.

• Experience in cold calling, lead generation, or telecalling.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.

• Knowledge of CRM software is an added advantage.

• Ability to manage multiple enquiries and follow up consistently.

• Prior experience in the aesthetic, skincare, beauty, wellness, or healthcare industry is preferred.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience preferred.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.

• Customer-oriented attitude and a willingness to work towards targets.

• Ability to work effectively in a team.
