Key Responsibilities:
1.Identify and connect with potential property buyers and investors.
2.Explain project details, pricing, and investment benefits to clients.
3.Conduct property site visits and presentations.

5.Follow up with leads and convert them into successful bookings.
6.Maintain client records and update sales reports regularly.
7.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of real estate sales is preferred.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Customer-focused approach.
Minimum qualification: PUC / Any Degree (preferred).
