Job Title: Pre-Sales Associate

Location: Bangalore (Work from Office) - Open to travel for client meetings

Experience: 1-3 Years (Freshers with excellent communication can also apply)

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and articulate Pre-Sales Associate to be the first point of contact for our prospective customers. You will be responsible for lead qualification, understanding customer needs, product/service demo, proposal coordination and supporting the sales closure process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Management: Handle inbound leads from website, referrals, and social media. Qualify leads through initial calls and understand requirements of customers.

2. Client Need Analysis: Conduct discovery calls to understand expectations of the customer.

3. Pitch & Demo: Give initial presentation of our services to prospective customers virtually and in-person.

4. Proposal & Documentation: Coordinate with Research, Content and Design teams to prepare customized proposals, presentations, and MoUs.

5. CRM & Follow-ups: Maintain lead pipeline in CRM/Google Sheets, do regular follow-ups, and ensure timely closure support for the Sales Head.

6. Market Research: Track potential customers and create database of prospects state-wise.

7. Coordination: Work closely with Sales, Operations and Strategy teams for smooth handover after deal closure.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Kannada (Marathi/Telugu/Tamil is an added advantage)

- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in MS Office - PowerPoint, Excel, Google Suite

- Should be comfortable with targets and flexible with working hours.
