Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company’s reach in domestic and international markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare institutions, and distributors.
Identify new business opportunities, channels, and partnerships for growth.
Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and prepare regular reports for management.
Collaborate with marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
