Role Overview

The Outbound Submitter – To-Let Board Photo Collection is responsible for identifying properties with “To-Let / For Rent” boards in designated areas and submitting accurate, clear photos of these boards onto the NoBroker platform. This role involves both field activity (clicking photos) and basic outbound coordination to ensure listing accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned localities and capture clear photos of To-Let / For Rent / For Sale boards.

• Ensure each photo meets NoBroker’s quality and accuracy guidelines.

• Upload board photos with exact location details (address / GPS pin) on the platform.

• Make outbound calls to property owners (if required) to validate details or collect missing information.

• Maintain a daily log of photos submitted and tasks completed.

• Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely pipeline completion.

• Report incorrect, duplicate, or invalid boards as per protocol.

• Meet daily/weekly productivity and submission targets.

Skills & Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in fieldwork, delivery, data collection, lead generation, or outbound calling (freshers welcome).

• Comfortable with field operations and travelling within assigned areas.

• Basic smartphone handling: taking photos, uploading data, using map/location tools.

• Good communication skills in English or regional languages.

• Attention to detail to ensure accurate and high-quality submissions.

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.
