Job Title: Mutual Fund Sales Executive
Location: Dombivli East (Work from Home with occasional office visits)
Salary: up to ₹20,000
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, generate, and qualify genuine leads interested in mutual fund investments through personal networks, referrals, and market outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing investors to drive consistent conversions and long-term engagement.
• Understand client financial goals and recommend suitable mutual fund solutions aligned with their needs.
• Ensure a steady pipeline of investment-ready prospects with a focus on quality over quantity.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and investment processing.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions.
• Attend scheduled office meetings (weekly/monthly) for strategy alignment and reporting.
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in mutual fund sales, financial services, or investment advisory
• Proven track record of generating high-quality, conversion-ready leads
• Strong understanding of mutual fund products and basic financial planning
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
Preferred Background / Bonus:
• Prior experience in wealth management, insurance, or stock market advisory
• Existing network of HNI/UHNI or retail investors
• AMFI certification or relevant financial credentials
• Experience working in a target-driven, commission-based environment
