Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Promote and sell medical equipment and devices to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and other healthcare institutions.
Identify potential clients and generate new business leads.
Prepare and present product demonstrations, proposals, and quotations.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
Market Analysis & Reporting:
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Report weekly/monthly sales performance to the management.
Suggest strategies to expand market presence and achieve sales targets.
Tender & Documentation Support (if applicable):
Assist in preparing documents for government or institutional tenders.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to medical equipment sales.
Team Coordination:
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams for product updates and promotional campaigns.
Participate in product training programs and workshops to enhance product knowledge.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Life Sciences, Medical Technology, or Business Administration (preferred).
Minimum 1–5 years of experience in medical equipment or healthcare sales.
Knowledge of hospital operations and medical devices is a plus.
