Job Description:-

Location: Bangalore

About the role - The Insurance Operations Trainee/Associate will manage day-to-day operations involving customers and diagnostic centers. They will be responsible for coordinating between internal stakeholders at the diagnostic centers and the end customers, ensuring appointments are scheduled and medical assessments are completed smoothly. Additionally, they will oversee the accurate and timely publishing and closure of medical reports.

Key Requirements:

● Fresher - 2 years in the backend operations.(Preferably freshers)

● Education Qualification - Clinical/Medical Background(Advantage) (or) Any Graduation

● Good communication skills and proficiency in English and Kannada. Additionally, it is a requirement to have proficiency in at least 1 of the other South Indian languages (Tamil, Telugu (or) Malayalam).

● Good interpersonal skills.

● An Excellent Team player.

● Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

● Knowledge of MS office Good in Emailing (Outlook/Gmail/Live mail ..etc) Key Responsibilities:

● Work as an agent among the Operations team.

● Ensure day wise target is being achieved for each parameter like, Booking, Attendance, Report, email handling Etc.

● Continuously monitoring and following up with Diagnostic centers for reports closure.

● Ensure that their respective Zones and cities underneath achieve the targets

● Maintain TAT for report closure and E2E TAT of fulfillment.
