Key Responsibilities
Promote Pharmaceutical Products
Visit doctors, pharmacists, clinics, and hospitals regularly.
Explain product features, benefits, indications, and usage.
Build Relationships
Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
Address queries and provide product-related information.
Achieve Sales Targets
Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Increase product prescriptions and market share.
Conduct Product Presentations
Organize medical meetings, seminars, and product launches.
Deliver presentations to healthcare professionals.
Market Research
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Collect feedback from doctors and customers.
Reporting
Maintain records of daily visits and sales activities.
Submit regular reports to the Area Sales Manager or Regional Manager.
Ensure Compliance
Follow company policies and pharmaceutical industry regulations.
Promote products ethically and accurately.
Required Qualifications
Education in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales and negotiation abilities.
Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and medical terminology.
Ability to travel frequently.
