Job Opening: Field Marketing Executive (Doctor Relationship Executive)

Location: Tigri (Near Khanpur), South Delhi

Salary & Benefits

• ₹17,000/month (Fixed)

• ₹3,000/month Petrol Allowance

• Performance-based incentives (as applicable)

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors in the assigned territory.

• Visit clinics, nursing homes, and healthcare professionals daily.

• Generate patient referrals by developing a strong doctor network.

• Plan and manage the assigned territory effectively.

• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through regular follow-ups and relationship building.

• Submit daily field visit reports and referral updates.

• Achieve the monthly target of 22 patient referrals.

• Dakshinpuri

• Madangir

• Pushp Vihar

• Saket (selected clinics)

These localities are well connected around Tigri and Khanpur, making them suitable for daily doctor visits.

Requirements

• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Comfortable with daily field work and doctor visits.

• Experience in field sales, healthcare marketing, pharmaceutical marketing, or doctor relationship management is preferred.

Monthly Target

• 22 patient referrals
