We are looking for a Medical Representative to join our team at Tanuj Power Control Private Limited. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Regular visit to the stake holders (Doctors, Channel Partners, Pharmacies, Purchase In-charges)
Building repo with all key stake holders
Doing Retail Chemist Prescription audit (RCPA) regular basis and collecting orders
Achieving targets regular basis
Utilization of the inputs to convert the doctors to prescribe own company’s product / and better ROI (Return on Investments)
Should collect information about Doctors’ prescription habit and in-depth competitor’s information
Proper Planning of calls and communicate key benefits / features of brand during in clinic discussion.
Timely submission of Daily Call Report, Expense
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
