We are looking for a Medical Representative to join our team at Stepwise Consulting. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit doctors, clinics, and hospitals to promote company products
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals
Explain product benefits, usage, and key features
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Organize and attend medical camps, seminars, and promotional events
Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Maintain daily call reports and submit sales data
Ensure availability of products in assigned territory
