Job Summary
The Medical Representative is responsible for promoting the company's pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, increasing product awareness, and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Promote pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
Schedule and conduct regular doctor visits as per the daily call plan.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Generate prescriptions through effective product promotion.
Conduct product presentations and detailing to healthcare professionals.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Organize CMEs, medical camps, and promotional activities.
Ensure product availability by coordinating with distributors and stockists.
Resolve customer queries and provide timely support.
Maintain ethical marketing practices and comply with company policies.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy/ any degree.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
Experience
Freshers: Training will be provided.
Experienced: 1–5 years in pharmaceutical sales is preferred.
