Key Responsibilities Doctor Engagement:
• Meet 10 doctors daily to promote products, gather feedback, and build strong professional relationships.
• Prepare thoroughly for each meeting to ensure effective communication and improved productivity. Work Schedule & Planning
• Follow 8-hour official working hours, balancing fieldwork, follow-ups, and administrative tasks.
• Work as per assigned HQ, Ex-HQ, and night halt schedule.
• Dedicate assigned days to individual working to achieve personal sales targets. Sales & Productivity
• Ensure 2–3 productive calls daily with existing or new doctors.
• Focus on achieving monthly sales targets.
• Maintain minimum 4TR performance for ongoing appraisals and growth.
Promotional Activities
• Conduct promotional activities such as medical camps and branding initiatives as per company SOP. Reporting & CRM
• Update daily activities in the CRM system accurately and on time.
• Submit reports, feedback, and expense statements as required. Meetings & Coordination
• Participate in official meetings and implement company policies.
• Coordinate with doctors and internal teams for smooth operations, including follow ups and issue resolution.
