📢 Urgent Hiring: Medical Representative (BDO) – Pharma Sales

Job Locations (HQ-based):
Dhubri, Hojai, Kamrup, Nagaon, Tinsukia, Imphal, Dimapur, Agartala, Khowai & nearby areas

🔹 Job Role

We are looking for dynamic and result-driven Medical Representatives (BDO) to promote pharmaceutical products, build strong doctor relationships, and drive sales across assigned territories.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

👨‍⚕️ Doctor Engagement

• Visit 8–10 doctors daily to promote products

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships

• Collect market feedback and insights

🕒 Work Planning

• Follow 8-hour work schedule (field + reporting)

• Work as per HQ / Ex-HQ / tour plans

• Plan daily activities to meet targets

📈 Sales & Targets

• Achieve monthly sales targets

• Ensure productive doctor calls

• Maintain performance benchmarks (minimum 4TR)

📢 Promotional Activities

• Conduct medical camps and branding activities

• Execute company promotional strategies

📝 Reporting & CRM

• Update daily activities in CRM

• Submit reports, expenses, and feedback on time

🤝 Coordination

• Attend meetings and follow company policies

• Coordinate with internal teams and healthcare professionals

🔹 Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months of field sales experience

• Experience in Pharma / FMCG / Field Sales preferred

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Willing to travel within assigned territory
