Urgent Hiring: Medical Representative (BDO) – Pharma Sales

📍 Location: Gujarat (Ahmedabad, Surat, Anand, Gandhinagar, Jamnagar, Rajkot, Sabarkantha & nearby HQs)

🔹 Key Responsibilities

👨‍⚕️ Doctor Engagement

Visit 10 doctors daily to promote products
Build strong relationships and gather feedback
Plan visits effectively for better outcomes

🕒 Work Schedule & Planning

8-hour work schedule (field + reporting)
Follow HQ / Ex-HQ / night halt plans
Focus on daily productivity to meet targets

📈 Sales & Productivity

Ensure 2–3 productive doctor calls daily
Achieve monthly sales targets
Maintain minimum 4TR for growth

📢 Promotional Activities

Conduct medical camps & branding activities

📝 Reporting & CRM

Update CRM daily with accurate data
Submit reports, feedback & expenses on time

🤝 Meetings & Coordination

Attend meetings and follow company policies
Coordinate with doctors & internal teams
🔹 Requirements
- Minimum 6 months field experience
- Experience in Pharma / FMCG / Field Sales preferred
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to travel within assigned HQ
