We are looking for a Medical Representative to join our team at MR Aswal Global Healthcare. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building professional relationships with doctors, healthcare professionals, pharmacies, hospitals, and stockists. The candidate will be responsible for generating prescriptions, promoting company products, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities:
Promote company products to doctors, specialists, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
Generate prescriptions and increase product awareness among healthcare providers.
Conduct regular doctor visits and product detailing activities.
Build strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, stockists, and key healthcare stakeholders.
Ensure product availability at pharmacies and stockist points.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory.
Organize doctor meetings, CMEs, product presentations, and promotional activities.
Collect market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, and new product launches.
Report daily field activities, sales performance, and customer feedback to management.
Implement company marketing strategies effectively within the territory.
Maintain and expand the doctor, pharmacy, and customer database.
Job Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline (B.Sc. / B.Pharm preferred).
Experience: 0–3 years in pharmaceutical sales (Freshers may also apply).
Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build long-term professional relationships with healthcare professionals.
Strong selling aptitude and target-oriented approach.
Basic computer and smartphone proficiency for reporting and communication.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and healthcare marketing will be an added advantage.
