Job Title: Medical Representative (Female) 

Location:
• Durgapur (ZEAL) – TMR / MR Position
• South Kolkata (ZANDRA) – Areas: Tollygunge, Garia, Rash Behari, Garia Station Road, Patuli, Kudghat

Experience Required:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Representative

Eligibility Criteria:
• Female candidates only
• Experience in Pharmaceutical / OTC sales preferred
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license mandatory
• Good communication and relationship-building skills

CTC Offered:
• 1–2 years experience: ₹3 – ₹3.5 LPA
• 2+ years experience: Up to ₹4.5 LPA
• Outstanding candidates: Salary negotiable

Reporting To: Regional Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve territory-wise sales targets and increase prescription demand.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, chemists, hospitals, and stockists .
• Promote company products to minimum 300 doctors in the assigned territory.
• Build rapport with retail chemists (minimum 100) and improve distribution efficiency.
• Implement company promotional strategies and product promotion plans .
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
• Conduct medical camps, seminars, doctor meetings, and conferences to strengthen customer relationships.
• Participate in product launches, market surveys, and promotional activities .
• Follow up on orders and ensure timely collections in the territory.
• Maintain reports, records, and performance reviews as per company guidelines.
