Position: Offline Marketing Executive

Location: Paschim Vihar
Key Responsibilities:
Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, nursing homes, and healthcare professionals to build and maintain strong referral relationships.
Promote hospital services, specialties, treatments, and ongoing healthcare programs.
Generate patient referrals and contribute to the growth of OPD, IPD, and surgical patient volumes.
Coordinate with government panels such as CGHS, ECHS, DGHS, ESI, Ayushman Bharat, and other healthcare schemes.
Conduct regular field visits and market surveys to identify new business opportunities.
Organize health camps, awareness programs, doctor meetings, and community outreach activities.
Maintain and update records of doctor visits, referrals, meetings, and marketing activities.
Follow up with referred patients and ensure smooth coordination between patients and hospital departments.
Build relationships with corporate organizations, RWAs, schools, colleges, and local communities.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of patient and referral partner concerns.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.
Achieve monthly referral, revenue, and business development targets.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build professional relationships and networking.
Good negotiation and presentation skills.
Basic knowledge of healthcare and hospital operations.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
Ability to travel locally for field visits.
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate in any discipline (Marketing preferred).
1–3 years of experience in hospital marketing, healthcare marketing, or field marketing.
Experience in healthcare referrals and government panel coordination will be preferred.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Number of doctor visits and meetings conducted.
Referral generation and patient conversion.
Growth in OPD, IPD, and surgical cases.
Corporate and institutional tie-ups generated.
Health camps and promotional activities executed.
Timely submission of reports and market updates.
Achievement of monthly business targets
