Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory
Promote company products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (KOLs, hospitals, clinics)
Execute marketing strategies and campaigns in alignment with company objectives
Conduct regular field visits and product presentations
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Ensure availability and visibility of products at retail and hospital levels.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, doctor calls, and reporting in CRM systems
Organize and participate in CMEs (Continuing Medical Education) and promotional events
