••Job Title:•• Field Sales Officer (FSO)
••About the Role:••
SRK PureMed is looking for a motivated Field Sales Officer to drive sales, manage distributor and retailer relationships, and ensure product availability within the assigned territory. The role involves achieving sales targets, booking orders, tracking inventory, and using digital sales tools for reporting and market insights.
••Key Responsibilities:••
• Achieve sales targets and drive secondary sales.
• Manage distributors and retailers to ensure product availability.
• Book orders and monitor inventory levels.
• Execute trade promotions and improve product visibility.
• Use Field Assist/Zylem for attendance, order management, reporting, and market updates.
• Identify new business opportunities and provide competitor insights.
••Qualifications:••
• Graduate (B.Sc., B.Com., BBA, D.Pharm, or equivalent).
• 0–3 years of experience in field sales (FMCG/Pharma preferred).
• Salary - 20-25k
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and reporting skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
