Job Summary
The Medical Representative is responsible for promoting the company's pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals. The role focuses on building strong professional relationships, increasing product awareness, achieving sales targets, and ensuring ethical promotion in line with company policies and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Promote the company's pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals through regular field visits.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and other healthcare providers.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned by the company.
Plan and execute daily visit schedules to maximize customer coverage.
Conduct product presentations and effectively communicate product features, benefits, and clinical data.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, and report findings to management.
Ensure timely collection of orders and coordinate with distributors to maintain product availability.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and expense reports using company reporting systems.
Comply with all company policies, ethical marketing practices, and applicable pharmaceutical regulations.
Preferable Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
1–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical representation
Valid driver's license (if field travel is required).
